my friend on his inner 4 arm it is pretty big that says love and hate and a skull and cross bones a ged and 2 other tats and a minor charge when he was still a minor for assault and battery.. will he get rejected by the marines??
he will be 18 and both plan on joining but i want to go to the navy so if the marines wont will the navy thanks
